I’m not just about tech—I’m about teamwork. I believe the best solutions come from collaboration, and I love creating an environment where everyone can contribute and decisions are driven by data. At AI Bob, I make sure our technology is not only cutting-edge but also reliable and easy to use.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can outdoors. I think every type of weather deserves its own activity, so you’ll find me hiking, skiing, or doing something active no matter the season. Family time is just as important to me—right now, I’m learning to be a rowing coach so I can spend more quality time with my kids.

One of the things I’m most proud of is leading the technical preparations for Spotify’s public listing on the NYSE. It was a huge challenge, but everything went smoothly—and that’s exactly how I like things to go. Now, I’m bringing that same mindset to AI Bob.

The idea for AI-BOB originated from Elin's frustration after many years as a real estate developer and expert in building regulations. Construction errors and delays were more the norm than the exception, resulting in unnecessarily and costly building projects. Determined to find a solution, she and her team developed a smart, AI-driven solution that revolutionizes the approach to architectural design, compliance checks, and official reports.
